Rates and conditions

CHECK IN: from 14:30 - CHECK OUT: 10:30

Studio rental: Minimum 3 nights

- Linen extra: € 16 per person
- Housekeeping is not provided in the studio during guest stay.
- Cleaning charge of 50 € if the studio is not returned to the initial state of cleanliness.
- Arrival from 2:30 p.m. - Departure at 10:30 a.m.
- Decreasing rate for stays longer than 10 nights.
- Late arrival: notify us
- Any shortened stay will be invoiced according to the initial duration of the reservation.


We ask our guests not to leave the dogs alone in the rooms, in order to avoid any degradation and to preserve the serenity of the place.
