Studio rental: Minimum 3 nights out of season and 7 nights in July and August.
- Linen extra: € 9 per bed, towels € 5 per person
- Housekeeping is not provided in the studio during guest stay.
- Cleaning charge of 50 € if the studio is not returned to the initial state of cleanliness.
- Arrival from 2:30 p.m. - Departure at 10:30 a.m.
- Decreasing rate for stays longer than 10 nights.

- Any shortened stay will be invoiced according to the initial duration of the reservation.

A reservation is only considered final if it is accompanied by a deposit or a bank account number.
